How do you choose which providers to show me?
By distance, availability, rating and relevance to your pet. Providers cannot pay for higher placement.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking. Inside 24 hours, the provider's cancellation policy applies — always shown before you confirm.
Can I use my own vet?
Yes. Add your existing vet to your pet's profile, and Leo will prepare visit summaries for them even if the booking happens outside Care Leo.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider. Care Leo never stores your full card details.
Do Care Leo+ members get priority?
Yes — priority access to booking slots and member pricing on selected services.
